But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof.
Romans 13:14

Just A Reminder:
Victory over the flesh may be always ours through personal dealings with Christ. To “put on Christ” is not imitation of Christ, but appropriation of Him. “Christ live in me”—is the victory—and if He has the right of way in us, we will make no provisions for satisfying the flesh.

You are my hiding place! You protect me from trouble, and you put songs in my heart because you have saved me. Psalms 32:7

Many times in life, unexpected trouble arises that leaves us speechless and sometimes hopeless. We must take encouragement from David, to find that hiding place in our heart by seeking God for His direction and comfort. When we assure ourselves that God has protected us from all danger, we can sing a new some of praise to Him. During trouble times, put your hope and trust in a Father who loves you and will not forsake you, who is willing to allow you so sit in His presence of peace until the storm of life blow over. Jesus is our hiding place.
