"IF" it is one of the most important words in the Bible because it speaks directly to our responsibility to God. Most promises in the Bible have conditions and the word ‘if’ speaks to those conditions. Our responses to God’s commands affect our relationship with Him and determine our receiving from Him.
Many time we embrace the promises but don't obey the conditions that follows the "if". Here are just a few scriptures I would like to share with you to highlight some promises of God that lets us know, if we hear and listen; if we obey; if we have faith, and believe; if we know the Word and do it; If we honor Jesus. This is a great time to realize that we like to take the responsibilities of "if" off of use and placed it on God. However, Jesus lets us know the if applies to us, simply put; IF we do/does, God will.
